When you submit the enquiry form, we receive the job pathway, services and urgency you select, your name, phone number, email address, suburb or town, your message, and up to four job photos if you attach them. If you contact us another way, we receive the information you choose to provide in that communication.

We use this information to understand your job, respond to your enquiry, prepare or discuss a scope and price, arrange work you request, and keep appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How the enquiry form is processed

Website enquiries are processed through Vercel, stored in encrypted form in a Postgres database connected through Vercel, and delivered by Resend. If an automated spam check flags an enquiry, we keep it for Zelexis to review before it is sent to Switch'D; a flagged enquiry is not automatically discarded. Zelexis may also receive a delivery or support copy. An automatic confirmation may be sent to your email address when enabled. These providers receive the information needed to record, recover and deliver the enquiry.

Website analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is found and used. Google may collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, approximate location, browser, device and operating system, pages viewed, access times and referring website. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose.

Sharing, overseas processing and retention

Personal information may be shared with website, analytics, email and other service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website, respond to an enquiry, provide requested services or meet legal obligations. Some providers may store or process information outside Australia under their own privacy practices. The website's encrypted recovery copy is normally removed after 30 days. If delivery has not been confirmed, it is retained for investigation and removed after that issue is resolved. Switch'D may keep information it receives for longer where reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services or meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
