Switch'D is a family-owned electrical and air-conditioning contractor working across the Western Downs, Darling Downs and South West Queensland. One licensed team covers electrical, air-conditioning, solar, refrigeration, switchboards, data and more, from a house in town to a feedlot out west.

Switch'D began as a local electrical business in Chinchilla, run on one principle: do right by the people you work for. As the reputation grew, so did the work and the crew. Today Switch'D delivers commercial and agricultural projects across the Downs, and is still the call people make at two in the morning.
The point of difference is breadth and consistency. On any site we bring electrical, air-conditioning, solar, refrigeration, switchboards, data and more under the one team, which takes out the delays that come with running three contractors against each other.
The relationship does not end at handover. We build a working understanding of how each site runs, so every job after the first starts with what we already know.

We run a workshop in Chinchilla. Switchboards, capacity cabinets and electrical cabinets are built in it, on the bench, by our own people. The crew fitting the board already know what is behind every door before it reaches your site.
The owners run the jobs, not just the business.
The people who own Switch'D are on the job and on the phone. Same town, same roads as the people we work for. In a single week the crew will be on a switchboard in Chinchilla, a pivot out past Miles and a cold room in Dalby. It is why a call from Wandoan or Roma is not treated as too far out.
